PLC will initiate, overlook and supervise the entire project. We will work from conceptualizing, designing and managing the project to ensure quality standards and punctuality of every project. PLC additionally oversees part projects where clients may only require one specific service.
From concept creation and design through construction and turnover, we handle turnkey projects with our own engineers and company-owned equipment. Past builds include barangay halls, the Landbank building (structural works) and our own P. Liwanag Building.

Engineering design and electrical works for commercial and industrial sites, from cable trays and MCC wiring to a powerhouse with a 1000kVA transformer, telecom poles and programmable lighting. Clients include Unilab and the Las Piñas LGU.
Civil works for local government units and barangays: roads, a barangay hall, sports complex rehabilitation, rip rap, covered court fencing and other public facilities in Pampanga, Tarlac, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija and Metro Manila.
